Yolanda Haines Clinical Assistant and Lab Technician

Hello, my name is Yolanda aka "Yo"!  I have been an Ortho/Lab assistant for over 20 years. My favorite part of my job is getting to know my patients and their families, I get to know some really wonderful people!  I have a family of only boys so we love to be out in the mountains enjoying hiking, fishing, riding, and of course just hanging by the fire with family and friends...there is nothing better than that!

Abbey Rhoades Clinical Assistant

Shauna Martin Patient Services

I have been in the dental field and working in orthodontics for 13 years. It is so exciting to see the transformations of people's smiles and confidence after getting braces.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and little girl, crafts, and enjoying the outdoors.

Gina Pitman Patient Services and Financial Coordinator

I have been in the Orthodontic field for 5 years.  It is a rewarding field to work in.  The best part of my job is getting to see all the smiles that come in and go out of our office.

When I am not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 3 children.

What to expect on your first visit

Clinical Examination

The clinical examination with Dr. Alexander discloses visual findings, and is a venue for open-discussion and our tentative treatment recommendation.

Diagnostic records

If the patient is deemed ready for treatment, diagnostic records are needed for detailed treatment planning and disclosure. This includes clinical photographs, orthodontic models, and x-rays. The information is required for treatment planning your individual course of treatment.

The initial examination appointment provides comprehensive information on your treatment including options, finances and estimated completion time. Orthodontic treatment is a team effort; your treatment will progress more favorable when you understand how and why things are done.
